There will be free flowing wine, spritz and beer throughout the day of the wedding ( yes, free bar). During the canape and cocktail hour there will be a choice of aperol or hugo spritz and negroni's available. There will also be a soft drink choice for those of those not drinking.

On the day of the wedding, there will be canapes and ateliers followed by a sharing plate style meal and dessert.
​
For the pool party, there will be a pizza van to keep you going but you will need to bring your alcohol and mixers.
​
If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know as soon as possible either via phone or email. The menu options will be sent to you at a later date but will be a sharing style platter rather than a set three course menu.
Q and A's

Q: The RSVP deadline is very soon, I need more time!
A: The deadline to RSVP for the wedding is the 01/03/26.
We will then confirm final numbers with the caterer, including dietary requirements and will be unable to amend numbers after this. We kindly ask that you are considerate of this and notify us of any last minute changes prior to this.
Q: Will there be a bar, can we pay by card?
A: There will of course be a free bar, however card nor cash will be necessary! The free bar does this mean that the range of drinks will be limited. What we would ask though is for the wedding evening/pool party if there is something specific you like to drink please do bring it along! Our bar staff can mix it for you.
Q: Will there be food served at the reception drinks?
A: Yes before the wedding breakfast, drinks and canapés will be served.

Q: How do I find the chateau for the pool party day?
A: The address is listed on the website. There will be signage up for the wedding. If driving on Day 2, you can park on the grass area.
Q: Should I let you know my dietary requirements?
A: Please let us know requirements with your RSVP or email them to us. Our caterers can accommodate for all requirements, we just need to know in plenty of time.
Q: Can we take photos?
A: Absolutely but we ask for no photos to be taken during the church ceremony.
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: Please be at the Roundabout pick up in Cognac for 2pm at the VERY latest
Q: Is the wedding outside, do I need to bring warm clothing?
A: Weather in Charente should be hot often reaching the late 30's though do be prepared for sun or shine!
Q: Is anyone allowed in the pool on the wedding day?
A: The pool is off limits during the celebrations on Saturday, so no drunken dipping. You'll have the chance to enjoy it the next day.

Additional Information
Given the limited space at the venue, if a plus one has not been specifically mentioned to you on your invite, then we unfortunately cannot accomodate additional people and we hope you understand. If additional people are brought there will be no space for them at the wedding.

We ask for this to be an adults only wedding meaning that no children are allowed.
